Natalie Sands is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Natalie was a nurse for 12 years in many settings before becoming a nurse practitioner. She participated in medical mission trips to Jamaica and Bangladesh. Natalie earned her bachelors in nursing at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut where she grew up and her masters at Simmons University in Boston.

Natalie is an eager helper and good listener. She strives to gain understanding of each patient’s unique goals and perspectives. In her free time Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband, skiing, hiking with her dog, and chasing her wild toddlers.
